I realized that in the not very distant future, certain cooking tasks that require a large stockpot and careful watch over the pot’s contents might be impossible, difficult, or even slightly dangerous for me. My pregnancy timing is really perfect for Christmas. I am starting to show, which is exciting, I feel pretty awesome most of the time (see Post #1 for exceptions!), I have lots of energy and I can still fit at the stove!
